Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Combine cooked adn mashed potatoes w/ sugar, butter, eggs, vanilla & half and half. ( I use heavy cream instead ).
  2. Spoon into baking dish and mix together rest of items and top the dish with the topping.
  3. Bake at 350 for 25 minute.
