Sweet Potato Biscuits (Ww 2 Pt)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp light butter
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 1 cup skim milk

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Spray a baking sheet with non stick cooking spray.
  3. Combine flour, baking powder, sugar, salt, and butter.
  4. Then slowly mix in the sweet potatoes, cinnamon, nutmeg, and milk.
  5. Stir in egg white.
  6. Roll out to 1/2 inch on a lightly floured surface. Using a biscuit cutter cut out and place on baking sheet.
  7. Bake 25 minutes or until they are firm in the center.
