Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, mix together pancake mix, mustard, mayo and egg.
  2. Fold in parsley and crab.
  3. Form into 7 patties.
  4. Heat oil in large frying pan. Carefully place patties in hot oil.
  5. Fry 8 minutes per side until golden brown.
  6. Drain on paper towel lined plate.
