Sweet Corn Relish

Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp celery seed
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 3/4 sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 11/2 cup white vinegar

Directions:

  1. Chop up the red pepper, onion, tomato, and mince the garlic. Put all ingredients in a large pot except for the corn and bring to a boil. Add the corn and simmer for 25 minutes.
  2. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
