Sweet Chili Shrimp Skewers

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Whisk together juice, oil, chili sauce, ginger and green onions.
  2. Marinate shrimp for 30minutes in half the marinade.
  3. Reserve remaining marinade.
  4. Heat grill to medium high heat.
  5. Thread 3 shrimp on each skewer
  6. Place on grill.
  7. Brush with reserved marinade.
  8. Grill 4 minutes.
  9. Brush with marinade again.
  10. Flip.
  11. Brush with marinade.
  12. Grill until done.
  13. Brush with marinade
  14. Serve.
