Sweet Baked Corn Pudding

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 (15 1/4 oz) can whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 (14 3/4 oz) can cream-style corn

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, combine the sugar and flour.
  2. Whisk in the eggs, milk, butter, salt and pepper,.
  3. Stir in the corn and cream-style corn.
  4. Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart baking dish.
  5. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
