Sweet and Spicy Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut onion into long thin strips.
  2. Core pepper and slice in thin long strips.
  3. Cut broccoli into bite size pieces.
  4. Finely mince garlic.
  5. Drain juice from pineapple into a 2 cup measuring cup.
  6. Stir cornstarch into pineapple juice until dissolved.
  7. Stir in hoisin sauce.
  8. Cut lime and squeeze juice into pineapple mixture.
  9. Stir in chili flakes.
  10. Slice pork in bite size strips.
  11. Heat oil in frying pan over med heat.
  12. Add pork and stir fry until cooked through about 4 minute.
  13. Add onion,pepper,broccoli and garlic,continue to cook 2 minute.
  14. Add pineapple until heated through.
  15. Stir juice mixture,then add to pan.
  16. Cook,stirring continuously,until liquid is bubbling and thickened 2-3 minute.
  17. Remove from heat and stir in corriander.
  18. Great with rice noodles or steamed rice.
