Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in skillet or wok. Add garlic, carrots, onions and mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes stirring frequently.
  2. Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
  3. To the juice, add vinegar, soy sauce and enough water to make 1 1/2 cups.
  4. Add liquid, sugar and pepper to skillet and bring to a boil.
  5. Stir in pineapple, turkey and rice.
  6. Let stand 5 minutes.
  7. Fluff with a fork and serve.
