Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook or steam green beans till crisp tender
  2. Drain beans and plunge into salted ice water and drain again
  3. Cook bacon till crisp, remove and drain on toweling.
  4. Reserve 1 Tbs of pan drippings.
  5. Stir in sugar and vinegar and cook 5 mins, stirring to disslove sugar
  6. Return beans and bacon back to skillet.
  7. Cook another 2 minutres until well heated
