Sweet-and-Hot Pork Stir-fry

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut pork into 1-inch pieces.
  2. Stir-fry half of pork in 1 Tbsp. hot oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until browned. Remove from skillet. Repeat procedure with 1 Tbsp. oil and remaining pork.
  3. Stir-fry green onions and next 3 ingredients in remaining 1 Tbsp. hot oil 3 to 4 minutes. Return pork to skillet; stir-fry 2 minutes.
  4. Stir together pineapple and next 3 ingredients until smooth; add to pork mixture, and stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes or until thickened. Serve over hot cooked rice.
