Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp veg oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 dashes of cinnamon
  • 1 dash of nutmeg (optional)
  • 1 cup flour

Directions:

  1. Beat eggs first
  2. Add the rest of the ingredients dont over beat it try not to get too many bubbles in the batter
  3. Heat the pan on med heat
  4. Butter the pan just enough
  5. Pour batter in just enough to cover half your pan..remember these are to be very thin and crispy around the edges it only takes 2 min on each side and your done!
