Ingredients:

  • 1 dash salt
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 cup milk

Directions:

  1. Mix ingredients in order given; batter will be thin.
  2. Spoon or pour onto a hot griddle or frying pan. It's not required to grease the griddle.
  3. Turn once. (These pancakes cook relatively quickly). Pancakes are ready when they are a slight golden color on both sides.
