Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a large skillet, brown ground beef.
  2. Cook, stirring, until it crumbles.
  3. Drain and set aside.
  4. Add to skillet sliced mushrooms and onion slices.
  5. Cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, or until just tender.
  6. Add meat, sour cream, and soup.
  7. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally.
  8. Season to taste with garlic salt, salt, and pepper.
  9. Serve immediately or hot cooked egg noodles.
