  1. In a small bowl, combine tomatoes, basil, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix well. Set aside.
  2. Heat a charcoal grill until coals form white ash, or preheat a gas grill to medium. Place tuna on grill rack. Grill 4 inches from heat, turning once, about 6-8 minutes, until fish just turns opaque but is still slightly pink in the center.
  3. Place tuna on serving plates. Spoon tomato mixture evenly over tuna. Divide olives among plates. Serve immediately.
