Ingredients:

  • 2 cups finely crushed ritz crackers
  • 1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 4 eggs

Directions:

  1. Crush Ritz crackers.
  2. Mix in pepper.
  3. Dip food item of choice into egg then into Ritz cracker mix.
  4. Fry in 350°F oil until done.
