Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water

Directions:

  1. Place carrots in saucepan with small amount of water, cook until just tender crisp, (I like to steam them).
  2. Drain.
  3. Stir in orange juice,butter, honey, and cornstarch mixed with the water.
  4. Heat stirring, until thickened, Sprinkle with walnuts, Serve.
