Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Bake refrigerated buttermilk biscuits as directed on package; keep warm.
  2. Prepare 8 slices of bacon as package indicates.
  3. Melt margarine in medium skillet over medium heat.
  4. Add bell pepper an onion; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender.
  5. In small bowl, combine eggs, salt and pepper; blend well.
  6. Add mixture in skillet.
  7. Cook until egg mixture is almost set but still moist, stirring occasionally.
  8. To serve, split warm biscuits.
  9. Spoon egg mixture evenly onto bottom half of each biscuit.
  10. Top each with cheese, bacon, and remaining biscuit half.
