  1. Place first 6 ingredients in a large disposable aluminum roasting pan; pour in 2 cups salted water. Cover pan with foil, and seal tightly. Grill over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) for 35 minutes. Discard any clams or mussels that do not open. Serve with lemon wedges and melted butter.
