Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Mix flour salt and pepper.
  2. In a glass 9x13 pan, layer potatoes, onion, flour mixture and cheese twice.
  3. Combine the ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, hot pepper sauce and milk.
  4. Pour over potato layers and dot with butter.
  5. Cover and bake at 350°F for 45 minutes.
  6. Uncover, stir and continue to bake and additional 15-20 minutes.
  7. Sprinkle with a little extra shredded cheese and bacon.
  8. Serve.
