Summer Citrus Cocktail Smoothie (Vita-Mix)

Ingredients:

  • 1 lime
  • 1 cup 1% low-fat milk
  • 1 tbsp honey

Directions:

  1. Peel the citrus fruits, removing only the outer peel. Leave the inner white pith. You don't need to peel or core the apple.
  2. Cut all fruits into quarters.
  3. Add all ingredients to blender container in the order listed.
  4. Blend at high speed for 3 minutes or until smooth.
  5. Prep time is blending time.
