Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a saucepan, combine sugar, cornstarch and water until smooth.
  2. Bring to a boil; cook and stir for 2 minutes or until thickened. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in gelatin until disolved.
  4. Refrigerate for 15-20 minutes or until mixture begins to thicken.
  5. Stir in berries.
  6. Pour into crusts and chill until set. Garnish with whipped topping, mint and strawberries.
