Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash tomatoes and drain thoroughly. Carefully slice off top 1/2 of each tomato and reserve. Scoop out seeds with small melon baller. Mix goat cheese,mayonaisse,garlic and herbs in small bowl Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon mixture into pastry bag and pip into prepared tomatoes. Cap with reserved tops and arrange on serving tray.
