Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cut tops off peppers and chop into large dice.
  2. Clean out seeds.
  3. Par boil peppers in a large pot filled with water.
  4. Brown ground beef.
  5. Add chopped peppers and onions and fry until onions are glassy.
  6. Pull from fire and add brown rice and 1/2 the jar of tomato sauce.
  7. Fill empty bell peppers and place in a casserole dish.
  8. Top each pepper with the rest of the tomato sauce.
  9. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
