Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.
  2. Heat butter in large skillet on medium high heat. Add onion and garlic and cook 4 mins or til tender.
  3. Add Italian sausage and ground turkey and cook 5 mins or til meat is brown.
  4. Add seasonings and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese, and set aside.
  5. Spread half of pasta sauce on bottom of 9x13 baking pan.
  6. Stuff cooked shells with meat mixture.
  7. Place meat side down in prepared pan.
  8. Pour remaining sauce over shells.
  9. Cover with foil.
  10. Bake 25 minutes.
  11. Remove foil.
  12. Sprinkle with remaining shredded cheese and parmesan cheese.
  13. Bake additional 5 mins til cheese is melted.
  14. NOTE: you can substitute lean ground beef for the ground turkey in this recipe.
