Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Brown sausage in a skillet; drain.
  2. Wash each pepper.
  3. Cut the tops off of each pepper and set aside.
  4. Remove seeds, rinse, and pat dry.
  5. Stuff each pepper with sausage.
  6. Place tops on peppers and secure with toothpicks.
  7. Saute in hot olive oil on each side until pepper is soft.
  8. Drain on paper towels.
