Peppers Stuffed With Bread

  1. Clean the peppers; remove the stem and the seeds.
  2. Prepare a stuffing with 1 and 1/2 tbs. olive oil, breadcrumbs, parsley chopped with garlic, anchovies, capers and olives.
  3. Stuff the peppers without packing them too tightly,
  4. Place them in a baking pan,
  5. Pour over the remaining olive oil and bake for about one hour at 400° F.
  6. That's it!
