Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. 1. Cut up round steak in bite size pieces
  2. 2. Shop onion into small pieces
  3. 3. Melt 8 tablespoons of butter or margarine in frying pan
  4. 4. Fry steak, butter, onion and mushrooms on a low setting for 60 minutes
  5. 5. Bake 8 potatoes in 350 oven for approx. 60 -75 minutes.
  6. 6. Drain meat and onions and mushrooms
  7. 7. Cut open potato pushing the insides apart
  8. 8. Insert meat mixture
  9. 9. Top with sour cream
  10. 10. Top with grated cheese
  11. 11. Melt cheese in microwave for a minute.
