Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. In a medium saucepan combine mushrooms and onion in hot butter until tender.
  2. Stir in flour,salt and pepper.
  3. Stir in milk all at once.
  4. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and bubbly.
  5. Cook and stir 1 minute more.
  6. Stir in sour cream,heat through (do not boil).
  7. Serve with beef or chicken.
