Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Spread dough out.
  2. Make a paste of next 6 ingredients (olive oil, egg yolks, parmesan cheese, italian seasoning, garlic powder and black pepper); Spread evenly over the dough.
  3. Add pizza toppings.
  4. Add a little pizza sauce.
  5. Add cheese.
  6. Roll up like a jelly roll - both ends to the middle (long ends). Seal along the seam and the ends.
  7. Place on baking sheet seam side down.
  8. Brush top with slightly beaten egg whites.
  9. Bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
  10. Serve with remaining pizza sauce, warmed.
