String/Green Beans Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Cook your string beans and then cool in cold water.
  2. Add oil and vinegar as you would for any salad.
  3. Toss.
  4. Add 1 thinly sliced or minced clove of garlic.
  5. Shake on some oregano (to taste).
  6. Add fresh (or dried) cut up mint leaves. Chill thoroughly. If needed add salt & pepper to taste.
