Directions:

  1. Simmer wine, strawberries and sugar for 30 minutes and then chill. Once it is cold, add sour cream or yogurt and purèe in blender or food processor.
  2. Store in refrigerator until serving time.
  3. Garnish with a dollop of sour cream and a strawberry.
