Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. On a cookie sheet separate dough into 4 rectangles.
  2. Pinch seams closed.
  3. Sprinkle each with 1 tbsp confectioners' sugar.
  4. Spoon 1/4 cream cheese and 1/4 preserves in center of each.
  5. Brush edges with egg white.
  6. Fold corners to center; press the 4 corners together. (it does not need to be totally closed).
  7. Brush tops with egg white.
  8. Bake at 375°F 15-20 minutes.
  9. Sprinkle with confectioners sugar.
