Stir Fried Cabbage With Shrimp

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium sized cabbage
  • chopped into medum sized strips
  • 1 medium sized tomato (for thickenig the sauce)
  • 2 cloves garlic/chopped
  • 1 small onion/chopped
  • 4 tbps fish sauce. or 1 teasepoon of salt.

Directions:

  1. Saute garlic in tbps oil,
  2. Add onions,
  3. When garlic starts turning golden
  4. Add tomato,
  5. Wait for the tomatoes to juice
  6. Then add shrimp,
  7. Wait for the shrimp to turn orange
  8. Then add 1/4 cup of water
  9. Add chopped cabbages
  10. Add 4 tbps fish sauce
  11. Stir fry
  12. Stir and fry...
  13. Taste
  14. Serve
