Stir-Fried Broccoli With Almonds

Ingredients:

  1. Hear oil in wok or deep skillet over high heat. Add broccoli, garlic salt and pepper ro pan and cook, stirring often, for 3-5 minutes.
  2. Measure out 1/4 cup of broth; whisk with cornstarch until combined. Reserve.
  3. Add remaining broth to pan and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium - low. Simmer broccoli, covered, for 5 minutes. Push broccoli to the edges of pan and stir cornstarch mixture into pan juices. Cook, uncovered until juices are thickened and glossy, about 1 minute. Toss broccoli with sauce until well coated. Transfer to a servng bowl. Sprinkle with almonds and serve with lemon wedges.
