Sticky Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients:

  • 3 lb wings or skinless boneless thighs
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup ketchup
  • 3/4 cup honey
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1/2 tsp tabasco
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees
  2. Place chicken in a foil-lined 9x13 inch baking dish
  3. Spray foil with no-stick cooking spray, or use the foil that has a no-stick side(love it)
  4. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a medium saucepan
  5. Bring to a boil, stirring often
  6. Reduce heat and continue cooking until it thickens up a bit
  7. Pour over the chicken and bake for about an hour until the sauce is caramelized
