Ingredients:

  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 large can tomatoes or 1 pint jar
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Directions:

  1. Put onion and butter in large saucepan simmer untill onions are soft and yellow
  2. Add tomatoes salt sugar heat to boiling simmer 5 minutes
  3. Serve immeadiately with a little sugar
  4. Makes 5 servings
