  1. Fry bacon until chrisp and set aside
  2. Cook onion and okra in bacon fat until onions are translucent
  3. Add tomatos and simmer for 10 minutes or until the okra is cooked to your liking
  4. Crumble bacon and sprinkle over the top of dish.
