Steamed Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 4-5 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • pepper to taste

Directions:

  1. Cut and core cabbage
  2. Dice cabbage into large chunks
  3. Combine water butter salt and sugar in large pot
  4. Add cabbage stir and cook for approx 25 minutes
