Ingredients:

  • 1 large can pumpkin
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1-1/2 cups granulated sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cloves
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 package yellow cake mix
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup slivered almonds

Directions:

  1. Blend together pumpkin, eggs, sugar, salt, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and canned milk. Pour into greased rectangular pan. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top and drizzle melted butter over dry cake mix. Sprinkle brown sugar over butter then top with nuts. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
