Stacked Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

  • 8 to 10 heirloom slicing tomatoes(prefer red, yellow,orange)
  • 1/4 cup wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup evoo

Directions:

  1. Combine vinegar, honey mustard and evoo for dressing
  2. Layer from bottom up
  3. Slice tomato,tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato, tapenade, slice cheese, slice tomato
  4. Slice stack into quarters and plate by turning the rounded edgesto the middle of the plate
  5. The stack should now be squared off
  6. Drizzle with dressing
  7. Top with fresh basil
