Avacado Tomato Salad

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Remove skin and nut from avacado and dice into bite sized pieces.
  2. Remove core and dice tomatoes into bite sized pieces.
  3. Finely chop basil and cilantro.
  4. Add all to a bowl, add lime juice and combine with olive oil and salt to taste.
  5. Store in refrigerator for at least half an hour for flavors to combine.
  6. Enjoy!
  7. ***As suggested below: Add 10-12 (41-50 count) shrimp cut-up into bite sized pieces and 1/2 cup red onion for a more jazzier version of the great salad! Thanks so much for those great ideas, gbuttons! ~Laura ;D***
