Squash Casserole With Dressing

Ingredients:

  • 2 (16 oz) cans yellow squash, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1 (8 oz) package peppridge farm herb salad dressing mix
  • 1 (14 1/2 oz) can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (16 oz) container sour cream

Directions:

  1. Melt the butter and stir in dressing.
  2. Divide in half and place one half in the bottom of 8x12 dish.
  3. Combine squash, onion,carrot, soup and sour cream; pour over dressing.
  4. Cover squash with remaining dressing.
  5. Bake 350 for 30-40 minutes.
