Squash and Sausage Stuffing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F Coat 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray.
  2. Coat large nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Add sausage, onions, celery, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is no longer pink (10 mins). Remove from heat. Stir in thyme.
  3. Melt 2 Tbs. butter. In large bowl, combine bread, squash, broth, sausage mixture and melted butter. Toss until liquid is absorbed.
  4. Transfer to baking dish. Dot with remaining 2 Tbs butter. Cover. Bake for 40 minutes.
  5. Uncover. Bake until hot (30 mins). Cool 10 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley.
