Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 (8 1/2 oz) box cornbread mix
  • 1 (14 3/4 oz) can creamed corn

Directions:

  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
  2. Pour into a 1 1/2 quart casserole.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 45 minutes.
