Spinach Turkey Burgers

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup seasoned stuffing mix, finely crushed
  • 1/3 cup chicken broth
  • 1/4 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper
  • 4 buns

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the stuffing mix, broth, Italian seasoing, salt, pepper and half of the spinach (save remaining spinach for another use).
  2. Crumble turkey over mixture and mix well. Shape into four 3/4-in.-thick patties.
  3. Grill for about 3-4 minute on each side or until juices run clear. (Uncooked turkey is not rare, it is turkey-flavoured Jell-O™.).
  4. Serve on buns, fixing up as you wish.
