Spinach Salad With Orange Cream Dressing

Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Fry bacon until crisp then set aside til cool.
  2. Place fresh spinach, pine nuts, and crumbled bacon together in large bowl.
  3. In a separate bowl place mayo and frozen orange juice concentrate together until well mixed.
  4. Serve dressing over salad when ready to eat and not before or the citric acid will wilt the spinach.
  5. May be good with fresh crumbled blue or gorgonzola cheese too.
