Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Wash/dry 1 package of spinach
  2. Chop 2 hard boiled eggs
  3. Fry/crumble 6 slices of bacon
  4. Slice 1 package of mushrooms
  5. Chop 1 medium onion-sautée in bacon fat
  6. DRESSING
  7. Microwave (until sugar dissolves):
  8. Cup sugar
  9. /4 cup vinegar
  10. /4 cup water
  11. Mix/whisk into 1 large cup of real mayo
  12. Pour dressing over spinach salad
