Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Heat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Coat a 9 inch pie dish with cooking spray.
  3. In a bowl combine all ingredients except for the phyllo dough, oil and breadcrumbs.
  4. Place 1 sheet of phyllo dough in the pie dish.
  5. Brush with oil and sprinkle with 1 Tbs breadcrumbs.
  6. Repeat with phyllo, oil and breadcrumbs until all are used.
  7. Place spinach mixture into pie dish.
  8. Fold the edges of phyllo dough over to seal.
  9. Cut 4 steam vents in top of dish.
  10. Cover and bake for 45 minutes.
