Ingredients:

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Butter well a 9-inch glass pie plate or a 9-inch square dish.
  3. Beat the eggs well and beat in the salt, pepper and cream.
  4. Stir in the spinach and cheese.
  5. Pour into dish.
  6. Top with 1/4 to 1 cup of the crumbs and sprinkle generously with paprika.
  7. Dot the top with 2 tablespoons butter.
  8. Bake for 35 to 50 minutes (start checking at 35 minutes).
  9. Don't over-bake.
