Ingredients:

  • 1 1/4 lbs spinach
  • 1/4 cup butter

Directions:

  1. Boil Spinach & drain.
  2. Combine Butter & Cream Cheese in saucepan & melt together.
  3. Add Spinach to saucepan & combine thoroughly.
  4. Place into casserole dish.
  5. Top with Parmesan.
  6. Heat in 305 degree oven for 10-20 minutes.
  7. Broil for last 2 minutes if desired.
